Festival FAQ

Q: When do tickets go on sale? How much will they be?
Presale are available Saturday August 6, 2011 at 10 AM. 2-Day General Admission passes start at $99 for a limited time. They will then increase to $109, and shortly after they will increase to $129. VIP packages are available here:

Q: How long will the “Presale” last?
We will notify you when we are running out of “Presale” tickets. The price will then increase from $99 to $109.

Q: How many kind of tickets are there?
A: Two – 2-Day General Admission Passes and VIP

Q: When does the event start?
A: The Festival grounds open at 1:00 PM on Saturday and at 1:00 PM on Sunday.

Q: Is there an Age Limit?
A: No, this is an ALL AGES event.

Q: Is there assigned seating?
A: No. This is a General Admission show.

Q: Where is the venue?
A: The venue is located directly across the street from the Luxor Hotel on Las Vegas Blvd.

Q: Will you release set times?
A: As the event gets closer, set times will be posted on the website

Q: What will I be allowed to bring into the venue?
A: No chairs, blankets, tables or barbecues. No plastic containers. No alcoholic beverages or coolers. No backpacks or camelpacks. No knives / weapons, etc. No chains / chain wallets. No outside food & beverage. No tailgating in parking lots. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations. No drugs & drug paraphernalia.

Q: Will there be any after parties?
A: What would Vegas be without any afterparties? Check out all the +48 HOURS parties here:

Q: Are cameras allowed?
A: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Q: Are there additional charges for the +48 HOURS parties?
A: Yes. More information on how to purchase tickets to the +48 HOURS parties will be posted soon.

Q: Is there re-entry if we leave the grounds during the 2-10pm hours?
A: No, there will be no re-entry per day.

Q: Is this an outdoor venue?
A: Yes, this event will be outdoors.

Q: Is there a handicap viewing area?
A: Yes, there will be an ADA compliant viewing deck. Patrons that need access to ADA Viewing Deck will need to have their ticket swapped for an ADA viewing ticket in order to access the viewing deck. An usher at the deck, or Guest Services or the Box Office will be able to assist. (any of these locations)

Q: I’m going to be traveling from out of town for 48 HOURS, do you know where I can stay near the venue?
A: Yes! On the ticketing page we have options to stay at Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur. Book your hotel here:

Q: I am a vendor and would like to sell my product at 48 HOURS, who do I contact?
A: If you are interested in being a vendor at 48 HOURS FESTIVAL please email vendors@48hoursfestival.com.
